    Paver Replacement

    Spector Chimney

    BEFORE: Notice rotting joints and broken bricks.

    • AFTER: Notice cap has an 1-1/2 inch projection beyond the chimney itself for water dissipation.

    Whitefishbay Driveway

    BEFORE: Ripping out the old asphalt driveway.

    • BEFORE: Ripping out the old asphalt driveway.
    • DURING: Existing concrete was used to fill 2 inch depressions in the soil.
    • DURING: Height posts were added to ensure 4 inch thick pour. Gravel base is to allow concrete to adhere properly.
    • DURING: First part of the project was completed.
    • AFTER: Finished concrete driveway. The picture was taken the day of, and the concrete will lighten to match the concrete in front of the garage.

    Kabara Garage

    BEFORE: Deterioration at the top of the trench block was supporting the concrete slab of the garage had rotted out.

    • BEFORE: Deterioration at the top of the trench block was supporting the concrete slab of the garage had rotted out.
    • BEFORE: Top course of block had rotted out and needed replacement.
    • DURING: Replacing course of rotted block.
    • DURING: Installation of asphalt shingles to cap off the blocks and help seal the concrete from moisture.
    • DURING: Installed angled rebar to help alleviate separation from the original concrete floor.
    • AFTER: Finished product.

    George Webb

    • BEFORE: Rotted out motar joints are black.
    • BEFORE: Notice the window sills were tipped backwards toward the building due to water and ice.
    • AFTER: Resetting the window sills.
    • AFTER: Rotted joints were cleaned and tuckpointed.
    • AFTER: Pictures were taken same day as work was completed. New joints are expected to blend with old intact joints once dry.
